Data Coordinator, Course Evaluations
Victoria James has been a member of the course evaluation team at CTSI since August 2013. Previously she held positions with the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists. Victoria’s primary responsibilities are facilitating the collection and validation of course evaluation information as the system is configured and managing instructor-course relationships within the data. She is also involved in preparing course evaluation data sources for quality assurance processes at the institution, including the dissemination of course evaluation data to students. Areas of professional and personal interest include information management, establishing positive and symbiotic relationships with faculty and students, and the connection between universities and the urban environment. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
