Time:

Description

Facilitators:

Faculty and staff are invited to a small group, informal discussion on how to create equitable classrooms. Faculty can share their experiences in creating a more equitable classroom, problem-solve on any challenges they are facing and develop new strategies on how to move forward. This is a space for faculty to further their own learning on equity in a supportive environment. For this session we will discuss the Introduction and Chapter 1 of the book: “Unsettling the Settler Within: Indian Residential Schools, Truth Telling and Reconciliation in Canada”. This book is available through the U of T library as an electronic resource as well as well as in print.
