Gregory manages the Course Evaluations and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning teams at CTSI. The Course Evaluations team is responsible for the centralized course evaluations at the University of Toronto, including the ongoing development, analysis, reporting, and operation of the framework and system. The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning team supports faculty in conducting inquiry, evaluation, and research on teaching and learning via workshops, programming, and consultations. In his work with both teams, Gregory provides support and guidance to administrators and faculty on the interpretation and use of data and how it can inform practice and change.

Gregory has a PhD in Educational Technology and Learning Design from Simon Fraser University, and an MA in Educational Psychology from McGill University. Gregory’s current and past interests and work include: educational development, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, learning analytics, graduate education, and quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Gregory has previously worked at the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, and has been a visiting researcher at the University of Oxford.
