The Faculty of Arts and Science has launched the Online Learning Academy (OLA) to bring together professors and instructors to share their expertise in providing outstanding online learning opportunities for students.

The following round tables, hosted in collaboration with Online Learning Strategies (OLS) and the Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI),  focus on specialized course topics and are open to instructors across the University of Toronto.

Panelists:
Nick Provart, Professor, Cell & Systems Biology
Melody Neumann, Associate Professor, Teaching Stream, Cell & Systems Biology
Diane Horton, Associate Professor, Teaching Stream, Computer Science

In this roundtable webinar we will discuss tips and strategies for making decisions on selecting appropriate teaching and learning activities and assessment for asynchronous and synchronous delivery. Our panelists will discuss their decision-making process, including their challenges and solutions, and provide a framework for decision making for you to apply in your own course context. Participants will also be provided with tips and strategies for finding Quercus support resources connected to delivery decisions.
