It Takes a Village: Best Practices in Mentorship

This round will be presented by members of the CFD Mentorship Community of Practice and will showcase the breadth and diverse nature of mentoring programs being delivered across the University of Toronto university, departments and hospitals.
Examples of how various programs are utilizing best practices will be shared and participants will have the opportunity learn more about how existing programs are meeting the mentoring needs of staff and faculty across the academic health care system, as well as their successes and challenges.
Best Practices in Education Rounds (BPER) are co-hosted by the Centre for Faculty Development, The Wilson Centre and the Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare & Education.
