Getting Started with Quercus and the Academic Toolbox

This session introduces participants to Quercus and U of T’s Academic Toolbox, with a focus on practical strategies for organizing course content, communicating with students, and assessing learning. Geared toward instructors, staff, and TAs who are new to Quercus or looking for a refresher, the session will highlight foundational Quercus features alongside Microsoft 365 and emerging GenAI tools that can support teaching and learning practices at U of T.
The session will begin with an overview and demonstration of key tools and approaches, followed by a hands-on, application-focused portion where participants can explore features and reflect on their own teaching contexts.
