Anti-Racist Pedagogy Before Entering the Classroom

Instructors play key roles in dismantling racism and cultivating equitable learning spaces. However, it is imperative that anti-racist pedagogical work begins prior to entering the classroom. In this webinar, we will interrogate assumptions, choices and biases that shape teaching practices; explore strategies for identifying and mitigating barriers encountered in classrooms; and apply anti-racist approaches to course design and development.
