Description and Location:
The CoP is based on recommendations from last year’s Indigenous Curricular Working Group report. The ICWG was established to determine how to make meaningful progress on a cluster of items related to the transformation of curricula across the Faculty of Arts & Science. Its mandate is to develop an implementation strategy to effect five of the original 20 calls to action designated by the Decanal Working Group on Indigenous Teaching and Learning.
This event will be held in the newly renovated Huron Commons. Building on the success of the Sidney Smith Commons, the space supports Arts & Science students’ learning and Office of the Faculty Registrar programming. Huron Commons is in an accessible, prominent location, at the heart of the Faculty, welcoming to Indigenous-centered events.
Please note: this is an in-person event and space is limited. Refreshments will be served.
