TA Month: Managing Difficult Conversations in Teaching and Learning (Online)

This session will explore how difficult conversations can emerge in teaching and learning environments, and what strategies TAs can use to navigate them. Participants will engage with examples and activities that highlight common challenges and consider approaches for responding effectively. The session will support TAs in developing awareness and practical tools for handling complex interactions in their teaching roles.
