Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation Photo/Video Release

I hereby grant the Centre for Teaching Support & Innovation (CTSI) of the University of Toronto (the “University”) the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast; distribute and create derivative works (the “Works”) of the photographs or video taken for the use in connection with the activities of the University and CTSI or for promoting, publicizing or explaining CTSI or its activities, or those of the University.

This granted permission includes the right to publish such images on the CTSI website or during CTSI events, in the University newspaper, alumni magazine, and PR/promotional materials, such as marketing, advertising and any other University-related publication. These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to the University and that maybe be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, video, and electronic/ online media. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the University’s control.
