Critically Reflective Practice: What it is, why it matters, and how to teach for it
30 November 2022 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm EST
Presented by the Centre for Faculty Development, Termerty Faculty of Medicine
A growing evidence base supports the need to teach health professionals to be critically reflective practitioners, if we want a more just, collaborative, and compassionate health system. In this workshop, activities, research knowledge, and experiential knowledge will guide you toward becoming a critically reflective practitioner and teacher.
This workshop is part of a research study helping faculty developers improve teaching for critical reflection. Because the workshop is part of a study, you will need to provide consent to participate. You can read the full study information and consent online.
Disclaimer: This workshop is open for anybody to attend but will not count towards Stepping Stones program requirements.
