What Can I Use It For?

Microsoft 365, available to University of Toronto faculty, students, and staff, offers a variety of tools and applications, many of which can be used to support teaching and learning goals.

The Microsoft 365 OneDrive integration allows students and instructors to use, create, share, and collaborate on Office 365 OneDrive files within Quercus.

This integration is available in:

  • Course Navigation
  • Assignments
  • Rich Content Editor
  • Modules
  • Collaborations
Special Notes

Microsoft Whiteboard storage is being migrated from Azure to OneDrive with full deprecation by February 2026. Microsoft Whiteboard users must complete the migration to retain access to existing whiteboards.  To migrate, launch/open your whiteboard before February 2026:

  • Launch an eligible Whiteboard client (Windows app, Microsoft Teams desktop/web, or web app).
  • This will automatically initiate the migration to OneDrive.
